Doing it properly
Justice takes care, not shortcuts
People with funds stuck on an exchange have already been let down once. We will not add to that. Here is how Voices works, and how to keep yourself safe, in plain words.
Our promise
We will never
- Ask you for money, fees or a “recovery” payment
- Ask for your seed phrase, private keys or BitMart password
- Ask you to connect your wallet or install anything
- Message you first on Telegram, WhatsApp or social media
- Promise that you will get your funds back
We will always
- Keep your personal information private and secure
- Check facts before we publish them
- Ask your permission before your case is shared, and share it only with lawyers, law enforcement or regulators working on this
- Tell you honestly what is happening, even when progress is slow
- Contact you only through this website or from an @tratok.com address
The only official places for Voices are this website (voices.tratok.com) and email addresses ending in @tratok.com.
Why doing it properly matters
Lawyers, police and regulators act on evidence, not anger. A case built on checked facts is much harder to dismiss. So we:
- Check every case before it becomes part of any legal or official submission.
- Check deposits on the blockchain where you give us a transaction, so the numbers stand up.
- Protect your evidence. We record a digital fingerprint of every file you upload, so we can show later that nothing was changed.
- Separate facts from reports. Our timeline marks what is confirmed, what has been reported, and what comes from users, and links to every source.
- Correct mistakes openly. If something we publish turns out to be wrong, we fix it and say so.
- Keep the tone calm and factual. Anger is understandable, but facts are what move a case forward.
Protect yourself from recovery scams
When people lose access to their funds, scammers follow. They pretend to be lawyers, investigators, “blockchain recovery experts”, police, regulators, BitMart staff, or even Voices and Tratok.
Warning signs
- They contact you first, often on Telegram, WhatsApp, X or Discord
- They ask for a fee, “tax”, “gas” or deposit before they can release your funds
- They ask for your seed phrase, private keys, passwords or 2FA codes
- They ask you to connect your wallet, sign a transaction, or install an app
- They guarantee results, or push you to act quickly
- They use personal email addresses or chat accounts rather than an official website
What to do
- Do not pay anything, and do not share any keys, codes or passwords
- Stop replying. You do not owe them an answer
- Take screenshots of the messages and the account names
- Tell us at [email protected] so we can warn others
- Report it to your local police or national fraud reporting service
Keep your own records
Good records make your case stronger, with us and with anyone else you complain to. If you can:
- Take screenshots of your BitMart balances, with the date visible
- Save every email, notice and message you received from BitMart
- Write down support ticket numbers, and the dates you contacted support
- Screenshot any withdrawal attempts and error messages
- Find your deposit transaction hashes in your own wallet’s history
- Keep access to your BitMart account and the email address you used for it
- Write a short note of what happened and when, while you still remember
You can add all of this to your case on Voices at any time.
How we look after your information
- We ask only for what is needed to document your case.
- Your details and files are visible only to you and the Voices team.
- With your permission, verified cases are shared with the lawyers, law enforcement agencies and regulators working on this. Never with anyone else, and never sold.
- Numbers we publish are totals only. Nobody can be identified from them.
- You can delete your account, and everything in it, whenever you want.
