Transparency
Exchanges look after people’s savings. People deserve clear, honest answers about where their funds are and when they can have them back.
A community initiative by Tratok · Open to everyone
Voices is a free, independent place for anyone affected by BitMart’s closure, whatever token you hold, wherever you live, and whether or not you have ever used Tratok. Register your case, follow what is happening, and add your voice to a collective push for transparency and fairness.
Why we are doing this
When an exchange stops answering, the people hit hardest are the ones with the least power to push back. Hiring lawyers across borders is expensive. Filing complaints with police and regulators is confusing. On your own, it is easy to feel that nothing can be done.
Together, it is different. A group of well-documented cases carries a weight that one complaint does not. That is why Tratok has set up Voices, and why it is open to everyone, not only Tratok holders.
Exchanges look after people’s savings. People deserve clear, honest answers about where their funds are and when they can have them back.
When things go wrong, there should be a fair way to put them right, and not only for those who can afford expensive lawyers.
Blockchain only grows if people can trust it. Standing together protects everyone who believes in this technology and its future.
Tratok pays for running Voices. There is no fee to take part, not now and not later, and we will never ask you for one.
How it works
Create a free account. It takes two minutes.
What is stuck, what happened when you tried to withdraw or contact support, and any evidence you have. Every detail helps.
Our team reviews every case carefully. Where you give us a deposit transaction, we check it on the blockchain too.
With your permission, verified cases are prepared for lawyers and for complaints to law enforcement and financial regulators.
Follow your own case on your personal page, the bigger picture in our case updates, and talk to others in the members-only community.
Doing this properly
Our promise to you, in plain words.
