What Voices is

Voices is a free community initiative run by Tratok. It helps people affected by the closure of the BitMart exchange to document their cases, stay informed, and take part in a collective effort that includes preparing legal action and complaints to law enforcement and financial regulators.

What Voices is not

• Voices is not a law firm, and nothing on this site is legal, financial or investment advice.
• Voices is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for BitMart.
• We cannot and do not promise that any funds will be recovered, or promise any outcome.
• Voices will never charge you a fee. Anyone asking you for money in the name of Voices or Tratok is not us.

Who can take part

Anyone aged 18 or over who has, or had, assets on BitMart that they have been unable to withdraw. You do not need to be a Tratok user.

Your information

You agree to give information that is true and complete to the best of your knowledge, and to tell us if something changes. Submitting false information, or registering on behalf of someone without their authority, may lead to your case being removed. How we use your information is explained in our privacy notice.

Your evidence

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You allow us to store and review it, and, only where you have given permission on your case form, to share it with the lawyers, law enforcement agencies and regulators working on the collective action.

Fair use

Please do not misuse Voices: no attempts to access other people’s cases, no uploading of harmful files, no impersonation, and no use of the site to promote services, including so-called “recovery” services. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

The community

The community is for members with a submitted case. Please follow the community rules shown on its pages. In short: be kind, share what you know first-hand, don’t share links, contact details, wallet addresses or anyone’s personal information, and never offer or ask for “fund recovery” or paid services. Moderators may hold, edit, hide or remove posts, and may stop a member from posting. What members write is their own view, not the view of Voices or Tratok.

Translations of posts are made automatically by Tara, Tratok’s AI, to help members understand each other. They may not be perfect; the original post is what the member wrote.

Your own action

Taking part in Voices does not stop you from taking your own action, including contacting a lawyer or complaining to the police or a regulator yourself.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Voices accurate and available, but we provide it as it is and cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Tratok is not liable for losses arising from your use of Voices. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law.

Leaving

You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
